Consignment Terms

The following terms apply to all consignment arrangements with LilyLou's Vintage Market. By submitting a consignment inquiry and signing the form, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Consignment Period
Items are consigned for 90 days. LilyLou's Vintage Market may offer a 30 day extension at its discretion. Unsold items must be picked up within 14 days of notification. Items not picked up may be donated or disposed of by the shop.
Pricing and Commission
The Consignor sets the asking price. LilyLou's Vintage Market may suggest adjustments. The commission split is 60/40: the Consignor receives 60% and the shop retains 40%. Payment is issued within 14 business days of the sale.
Item Requirements
Items must be clean, in good condition, and free of significant damage or safety hazards. LilyLou's Vintage Market reserves the right to decline any item. Acceptance of an inquiry does not guarantee placement on the sales floor.
Liability
LilyLou's Vintage Market takes reasonable care of consigned items but is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage due to events beyond its control. Consigned items are not insured by the shop.
Termination
Either party may end a consignment arrangement at any time with written notice. Unsold items must be picked up within 14 days of notice.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and do not apply retroactively to active consignments.
